Every item is made to order, so the total time is production time plus shipping time. Production takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Production times may be extended during high-demand periods such as holidays and promotional events.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the first notification. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, email support@gloriainkshop.com.
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because every product is made to order, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once production has started or the order has shipped.
Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier congestion, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control. Contact us with your order number if your package is significantly delayed and we will review the tracking information.
Email support@gloriainkshop.com as soon as possible and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. For a confirmed lost package we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. For a damaged item, please include photos of both the packaging and the product so we can resolve it promptly.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Gloria Ink Prints LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship it.
Customs duties, taxes and import fees on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.

For any other issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days from the invoice date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the refund.
Custom and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable because they are produced specifically for each customer, unless there is a verified issue with the item.

Do not return products to the supplier, manufacturer or fulfillment address shown on the package. Wait for written instructions from our support team — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a defect or an error on our part (wrong item, print defect or damaged product). In those cases we provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the shipping cost.
Warranty support applies to verified manufacturing defects or product issues that existed when the item was delivered. Photos, videos or other information may be required to verify the issue.
