Order Processing and Production
All of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners (CANY, VINAWAY). Please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 3-5 business days from the date your order is placed
- Order confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase
- Production updates: A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched
Please note that production times may be extended during high-demand periods such as holidays and promotional events.
Shipping Timeframes
After production is complete, your order will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard domestic shipping (United States): 7-10 business days
- Expedited domestic shipping: 3-5 business days (where available, additional cost applies)
- International shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country
Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. For example, a standard domestic order may take approximately 3-5 business days (production) + 7-10 business days (shipping) from the date of purchase.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier used may vary based on your location and the product ordered. Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partners to ensure the best service and delivery speed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update after the initial shipping notification. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@gloriainkshop.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly indicated on the website.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:
- Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10-20 business days
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs
- Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control
- Some items may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gloriainkshop.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. In the case of a confirmed lost package, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Gloria Ink Prints LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
